All products sold on Plixoro BD are digital and instantly accessible after payment. Because digital products cannot be physically returned or revoked once accessed:

Refunds are not provided for digital products once access or download has been granted.

  • A purchase was made without the account holder’s authorization

Refunds Will Not Be Issued For:

  • Compatibility issues with third-party themes, plugins, servers, or hosting environments

  • Requests made after the allowed review period

4. Replacement Policy

If a digital file is:

  • Corrupted

  • Incomplete

  • Missing from your account

We will provide a replacement download or restore access at no additional cost.

5. Memberships & Subscriptions

For recurring subscriptions or membership plans:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time

  • Cancellation stops future billing cycles

  • No refunds are issued for already-charged or partially used periods

6. Dispute & Chargeback Policy

We encourage customers to contact us before initiating a payment dispute.

  • Unauthorized chargebacks may result in temporary or permanent account suspension

  • Repeated abuse of the refund or dispute process may lead to account termination
